When you made your reservation, you received a confirmation email at the email address you provided during the booking process. You received that email right after making the reservation.
You’ll find all the information you need about your reservation there.

At 1:00 p.m. on the day of your check-in, you will receive a text message at the cell phone number you provided when you made your reservation. That text message contains the door code and your room number.

NOTE! If someone else made the reservation for you, or if you don’t receive a text message at 1:00 p.m., please contact the person who booked the room for you; they will have the information.
